1. Autocraccy:
 The phrase most indicative of this style of leadership (also known
as "visionary") is "Follow me."
 The authoritative leadership style is the mark of confident
leaders who map the way and set expectations, while engaging and
energizing followers along the way.
 Autocratic leaders typically make choices based on their ideas and
judgments and rarely accept advice from followers

 when decisions need to be made quickly without consulting with a
large group of people.

 Example of autocratic style

 Autocratic leadership can be quite effective in sports, especially


with inexperienced teams that need a lot of direction from its
leaders. With an autocratic leader in place, every member of the
team.

2. BUREAUCRACCY
 The Bureaucratic leadership is the management system a couple of
large corporations are using till today.
 This style of management  is also very efficient when used in
companies that do not require much innovations or creativity
from the employees.
 A bureaucracy describes the established methods in large
organizations or governments.

 Benefits of bureaucrat:

 Best practices are created.


 It creates predictability.
 It provides a foundation for scalability.

 Example of bureaucrat:

 An example of a bureaucracy is the staff that runs a city


hall. Bureaucracy is defined as working in a way that has
many steps to complete a task and very strict order and
rules

3. DEMOCRACY:
 Democratic leaders are more likely to ask "What do you
think?"
 They share information with employees about anything that
affects their work responsibilities. 
 There are numerous benefits to this participative leadership
style. It can engender trust and promote team spirit and
cooperation from employees.
 BENEFITS OF DEMOCRACY

 Democracies give people a chance to become personally involved


with their company.
  The structure of a democracy works to reduce issues with
exploitation.

 There is an increasing feeling of democracy in the country.
 We use democracy as a method of selecting representatives.

 Also known as delegative leadership.

 The laissez-faire leadership style is at the opposite

end of the autocratic style. Of all the leadership styles, this


one involves the least amount of oversight
 This style can work if you're leading highly skilled,

experienced employees who are self-starters and motivated

that would make business activities harder and more difficult
