https://youtu.be/6bSOAl1i8bw

a)

Reasons : This is because it is easier for the audiences to see and read the slides. The

slide also will not look cramped with the text when it separate into two slides.

Suggestions : Keep the text on the top and use a limited amount of text in a slide. You can

maximum of 6 lines of sentences per slide in the PowerPoint and always

make sure the text not at the bottom of the slides.

b)

Reasons : This is because when you put the related image with the topic and the

captions about it, the audience will knows what they are viewing.Besides,

when the colour of the fonts and the background do not work well together

like the slide above, it is difficult to see and read by the audience.

Suggestions : Just put a few words about the topic and then one supporting image to

support that topic. You need to use the image strategically and colour

effectively. You just only add images to PowerPoint slides when needed

and include captions, don’t put the picture that are not related with the topic

like the bees pictures that show at the below of the slide. Moreover, you also

need to make sure that the colour in the slide are working well together.

c)

Reasons : This is because the slide will looks more interesting and can attract the

audience’s attention. They will pay more attention to listen what was the

speaker saying when the speaker was explaining about the picture in the

slide. They also will not feel boring compare with just see the points in the

slide.

Suggestions : Avoid bullet points in the PowerPoint slide. You should try not use any

bullet points when you are listing some examples or things in the slide.

Hence, you can put some images about it in the slides.
