Mode of Allotment

(a) By way of draw of lots seperately for each category of plots i.e.
allottee/general category and for each size seperately. In case the number of
applications for any category are more than plots offered then the allotment
will be made through e-auction mode i.e. highest bidder will be considered as
successful bidder for allotment of the plot. (b) Detailed Terms and Conditions
and invitation of online applications is available on the web portal
www.hsiidc.org.in & https://www.hsiidcesewa.org.in (c) The Corporation may
without assigning any reason withdraw any or all the plots from allotment
procedure at any stage and is not bound to accept any application or the
highest bid or any or all bids even if they are above the reserve price. HSIIDC
reserve the right to accept or reject any or all the bids or cancel/postpone the
e-auction without assigning any reasons thereof in case the allotment is made
through auction mode.
