Stress free work life can make an individual productive and constructive, it„s always best to keep
busy, to plow anger and energy into something positive. Positive attitude and meditation will be
helpful forreducing the stress. De-stressed, healthy, happy, focused and alert employees have a
higher productivity thenthose which are stressed out, fighting fatigue and have body pain. Stress
management play crucial role inimproving mental health of the employees which leads to attain
the various goals of the organization. Thefurther research will surely be helpful to unleash the
various techniques to minimize the stress so as to enrich theharmony and stability among the
human beings.
