During the week of December 20th to 25th I made a lot of progress in my capstone project. This
week as mentioned in my goals I created healthy diet ideas that would help others achieve a
healthier and happier lifestyle. I also researched a bit more on this topic to really understand. I also
started creating and listing workout plans and ideas that I will focus on much more the next week.
Moreover, I designed my instagram to match my theme and will be adding all my information on it
in a few weeks. I also applied all these healthy diets to myself.
December 20th = 2 hours - watched videos and researched about healthy foods
December 21st = 2 hours - created an instagram and applied theme
December 23rd = 2 hours - started to create and research about workout plans
December 24th = 1 hour - journal
For my capstone, I will now start creating more videos for easy and fast workouts. Another major
thing that I will need to do is start creating posters to post on my instagram. These posts will include
facts and tips on creating a healthy lifestyle. It will include facts such as the difference in mental
health and illness and tips such as creating a healthy mental health. I will also like to gain a following
on my instagram account.
Obstacles that I encountered this week were trying to stick to my own diet. This was a great
obstacle that I had encountered especially because it's the holidays. Another obstacle that I had
encountered was trying to find diets for a variety of people. I was trying to research foods that
would go along with many peoples lifestyles.
Obstacles that I can foresee in my next steps are not being able to gain a lot of following on my
instagram page.
My goal for the next week is to create workout videos that will be versatile for various people.
These videos will be short and simple and then slowly I will start making them a bit more
challenging. I also want to gain at least 15 followers. I want this to be completed by December the
31st.
