TEKNPLUS SUPER
Applications:

o Substrate shall be sound, free of cracks, debris, oil, grease or ay

contamination, which might affect bonding. Surface shall be made level by
grinding, if necessary and pits a, cracks etc. shall be filled with suitable grout.
o New concrete must have a fine Power floated finish and be free from curing
agents, release agents etc to ensure that the coating is received well into the
surface.
o All metal surfaces shall be shot blasted, if necessary, to remove rust, oil, paint
or other contaminants.
o Priming
Good quality and well prepared new concrete surface does not require
priming. Old concrete or concrete that is exposed to Sun for long period
require priming with Epoxy Primer.
o One coat of priming is done prior to application of TEKNPLUS SUPER
o The Epoxy Primer must be left for more than 2 hours for better absorption. Do
not leave primed surface for more than 16 hours, in that case re- priming of
the surface will be required.TEKNPLUS SUPER is Sprayed using high
pressure two component spray equipment.

Performance tips:

o Do not apply the material beyond recommended pot life.

o No reduction of material should be done as it can affect film build, appearance
and adhesion.
o Do not add catalyzed TEKNPLUS SUPER material with new.

Clean up:

o Remove uncured TEKNPLUS SUPER from tools and equipment using

cleaning solvent such as naptha or xylene.

Shelf life :

o Remain stable for at least 12 months when stored in an air tight container in a
cool and dry place and no direct sun exposure.

Health and Safety:

o As with all chemical products, caution should always be exercised. Protective

coating such as gloves, goggles should be worn. Treat any splashes to the skin
or eyes with fresh water immediately. Should any of the products be
accidentally swallowed, do not induce vomiting but call for immediate medical
assistance
o Always refer on MSDS for safety use of the product.
