1) Authorization letter from the Client addressed to ADDC Customer Service Directorate that they
authorize Horizon Gulf to execute the job and the ADDC concerned payments will be made by them/ -
provided
2) Authorization letter from Horizon Gulf addressed to ADDC Customer Service Directorate that Horizon
Gulf authorize JUPITER EMC LLC to execute the job, concerned/ - Provided
4) GIS Drawing, showing the scope of work, issued by ADDC/ (if you do not have No need, send the As
built drg which We submitted with Consultant Stamp (I informed you before) - provided
6) If any case opened for the job concerned, please provide the Case ID like Load Demand Notification
(LDN)/- Provided
7. ADDC Approved Test Reports of Transformer, Switchgear and Battery Charger along with completed
Asset Commissioning Form for each equipment.
8. Substation Data Record with the Photographs of the Name Plate and the Equipment/.
