❖ Key Points:
▪ Around 90 questions with 40 Minutes time and 50%
pass marks.

The candidates declared successful in written/intelligence tests will undergo

physical / medical tests and interviews at AS&RCs.

Physical Tests

• 1.6 Km Run - 8 ½ minutes

• Push Ups - 15 repetitions in 2 minutes

• Sit Ups - 15 repetitions in 2 minutes

• Chin Ups - 3 repetitions in 2 minutes

• Ditch Crossing - 7’.4” x 7’.4” with a depth of 4’

➢ Keep yourself trimmed and active

• During Test
✓ Must know that exercising is hard after meals (So don’t take
meal/ breakfast on day of physical test.
✓ Its not a race, be steady and consistent. Don’t run too fast,
know your limits.
✓ Remain determined don't stop because if you stop you will not
be able to continue again.
✓ Run on your toes with inclined in forward direction.
✓ Dont try to become first unless you have practiced are good.

Interview

▪ General awareness and general knowledge +Math + Personal

• Dress Code:

individual should have an e-mail account.
✓ Report on exact date and time given for preliminary test on
