The Omesa Data Group Site Reconnaissance Report satisfies the requirements set
forth in ASTM E1527-13 Section 9 – Site Reconnaissance.
The Omesa Data Group Site Reconnaissance includes a visit to the Subject Property
to be visually and physically observed in accordance with ASTM E1527-13 Section
9.2, photographic documentation of the Subject Property, a Field Site Plan and a
KMZ Tracking File, which logs the path walked and geo-locates site properties, RECs
and other environmental concerns. Information not presented in the Site
Reconnaissance Report is available in the Client’s Data Portal.
Limitations:
Limitations encountered on-site are documented in the Site Reconnaissance Field
Notes section. Omesa Data Group is not responsible for Limitations on-site,
including but not limited to, bodies of water, asphalt, paved areas, snow and dense
vegetation.
