Project – Jamnagar Export Refinery Project (JERP)

Mega Expansion of Jamnagar Refinery estimated cost Rs.30,000 crores one of the biggest investment at single
location in a record time of 24 months.

DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES

1. Scheduling of various construction related activities.

2. Progress review and Monitoring in a multidisciplinary environment.
3. Acquainted with the Construction and Operation of various Rotary and Static Equipments of a
Refinery/Petrochemical industry.
4. Monitoring the progress and performance on the basis of Man-hours and analyzing delays.
2) NIRMA LTD.

M/S Nirma ltd. is well-established LAB, linear Alkyl Benzene, Petrochemical plant at Vadodara, Gujarat.
This plant has been built with technology from UOP (Universal Oil Products). The project management was
carried out by SNC leveling Canada.
This unit is producing LAB from Kerosene –N- paraffin with the capacity of 75000 MTPA.

DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES:

1] To carry pro-active maintenance programs. This includes Condition Monitoring of equipments through
Vibration Analysis which involves detection of problem, analysis, and corrective action request.
Familiar with:
 Entek-IRD vibration analysis software & Data Pac 1500 Vibration measuring instrument.
 SPM A 30 Vibration monitoring instrument & its analysis software.
 Phase analysis & single plane balancing.

2] Thickness Survey & Hardness Survey of Plant Pipe lines, Static Equipments.
3] Inspection for testing of Valves & Calibration of PSV’s.
4] Inspection of Hydro testing of Lines and Equipments.
