    Chapter 3 : Methodology

    3.1 Type of research: Exploratory researches was used for the study.

    3.2 Sources of Data: This study mainly based on secondary data collected from several
    reliable sources besides this some primary data also collected from the branch I was appointed.

    3.2.1 Primary Sources: Primary sources are given below-

    3.3 sampling Technique: Random sampling method was used. Sample was collected
    from the customers who regularly or frequently visit the branch office to take service provided
    by bank.

    3.4 Sample size: Sample size 50. From this 50 customers 50% are male and 50% are
    female respond.

    3.5 Population: 200 online customer in FSIBL in Khulna.

    3.6 Tools & Techniques of Data Analysis: Microsoft word & Excel.
