ADVANTAGES and DISADVANTAGES OF LIVING IN THE COUNTRY OR in the cityCITY

Probably, the advantages of living in a city are very few. The first is that young people normally
prefer living in a city, because there are more enjoyable places where they can spend their free
time, commonly this places are discos, cinemas, theatres, clothing stores!...

The second advantage is that there are always more tourists visits than in the country.

Usually the tourists visit the city for seeing its principals monuments; however, in this place
there are a lot of cars, people, buildings, stores… for this reason there is air-pollution and the
life is less healthy than in the countryside.

Normally, there is much noise too, so you can´t rest enough.

The life in the countryside has more advantages than in other places because of there

aren’t cars, buildings, stores…. So the air is always very clean and the life is healthier.

In a country the employment is scarcer than in a city, so this can be a disadvantage.

In my opinion I prefer living in the country because the atmosphere is more peaceful and the
food healthier.
