transplantation, which is the last resort to save the life of a patient with
terminal organ damage or severe disease in organs such as the heart,
.kidneys, lungs, skin, pancreas and liver

.it is controlled by moral, legal, religious and emotional factor

Religious viewpoint: In Islam organ donation is permitted because it -

help to relive suffer of the patient, some religious such as Samaria refuse
.blood or organ transfusion

In some cultures, the see that donation insults body dignity, the others -
see that everyone has the freedom to choose about their bodies and
.organ

Emotional factors : Some people are donate organ to people who they -
know and have a link between them , but some people are donate to
people that they don't know them like donation after brain death NOTE :
There are ethical controls that protect the donor. The donor must be
aware and full of mental powers, it should done by his agreement not by
force or under pressure, trafficking of organ is refused in all religions and
.law

Organ transplantation also cause pressure on the nurse, the discussion

with patient about the idea is hard thing to deal with, specially you don't
know the responds of the patient, In some cases when you have to
