8. Organ transplantation is the moving of an organ from one body to another or from a
Donor site on the patient’s own body
9. The person who donates his or her organ is called the donor, and the one who receives the
Transplant is called the recipient.

Recipient are from different species. Transplanting animal organs or tissues into a human being.

the organ to integrate into the body and start working.

- No the parents can’t let their 3 year old donor twin to go through high risk surgery to
donate a kidney for her twin, it’s the child right not the parents decision
- It’s the donor right to choose if they want to donate their organ so it’s the child right
