FIT INDIA MOVEMENT 2020-21
‘School's fitness week'

Celebration’ REPORT

In response to the call of honorable Prime Minister the Sport Authority of India (SAI) organized FIT INDIA
SCHOOL WEEK among all the CBSE Affiliated Schools and others. We the VIVEKANANDA KENDRA
VIDYALAYA-KHARSANG also organized this program in planned way. Students were instructed to
participated in all the programs virtually as Covid 19 Pandemic situations is still going on. For these
details instructions and guidelines were uploaded earlier and daily basis. The following activities were
performed by the students and they had send their videos and photos as per the instruction.

FIRST DAY-21st December’2020

On this day all together 80 students from Class-I to Class-X were sending videos and photographs of
their live performance of FREE HAND EXERCISE and AREOBIC DANCE & ROPE SKIPPING and before
model videos were uploaded in the students WhatsApp Groups. Performance of students and Parents
were very enthusiastic and appreciable.
SECONDAY-22nd December’2020

This day 70 students performed YOGASANA from Class-I to Class-X and they sent their live performance
and it is observed that students performing from simple to difficult Yogasana and it is very much
attractive.
THIED DAY-23rd December’2020

Students were playing CHESS BOARD with their parents , brother-sisters ,friends and teachers and it is
help their holistic development as a whole.

In this day students took part in CUBE SLOVING Competition and live videos and photograph were shows
their enthusiasm and talent to slove the CUBE .

Both the competition develops physical and mental health of the students and more 50 students
participated here.

On third activity of POSTER MAKING COMPETITION on given theme;”New India Fit India’’50 students
from Class-I to Class-X participated and ADVERTISEMENT COMPETITION on the theme;”HUM FIT TO
INDIA FIT’’ a good numbers of students participated.
Forth Day; 24th December’2020

Essay Writing on “Fitness beats Pandemic ‘students response nicely and they highlighted the Pandemic
Condition and try to slove this effectively.
FIFTH DAY-26st December’2020

Today’s Event was Online Sport Quiz Competition and it was organized group wise from Class-I to Class-
V and Class-VI to Class-X in two groups and Google Form were sent and highest numbers of students
were participated.
SIXTH DAY-27st December’2020

WARM UP EXERCERCISE WITH PARENTS were successfully completed and here students teach their
parents how to do the WARM UP EXERCERCISE and enthusiastic videos’ and photos were send. parents
appreciated this event.

On this day Sri Rajib Saikia ,Teacher and Sri Balaji N Waghmare Sir ,Principal,VKV-Kharsang delivered
small motivational speech.

All the Students participants, teachers and parents were offered VOTE OF Thanks by the organizer SRI
RAJENDRA SHAMRAO PATIL, PT Teacher of VKV Kharsang.
