Duties Of out Gate Security Guard

1. The vehicles/cars having RWA stickers can be permitted to go out except under suspicious
Circumstances.

2. He will keep the out Gate/Barrier closed at all times.

3. Vehicles without stickers will be checked and then permitted to leave.

4. All Contractors vehicles are to be checker in Detail/Thoroughly. Vehicles to be permitted to go out on


Scrutiny/Possession of gate pass.

5. Bags/Packages of Maids/Servants/Casual Visitors/Drives to be checked in case of doubt/Possession of


Unauthorized/Suspicious items they will be instructed to obtain authority Letter/Pass from Owner/Estate
management.
6. No employee is permitted to take out any item without proper gate Pass/ Authority letter.

7. To be properly turned out and alert at all times.

8. Salute/Greet appropriately.

9. Will not permit large gathering of personnel at out gate.

10. All untoward incidents will be reported to the shift Supervisor/Site Incharge/Estate management.

11. Carry out documentation as per orders in vague.

12. Collect/Passes from Vehicles/Personnel/Visitors leaving premises.


Post No. 4
Duties of Club Security Guard

1. Is properly and correctly turned out while on duty.

2. Is alert.

3. On taking over charge/duty checks that all stores/equipment are complete and serviceable.
Reports deficiencies/damages to Supervisor/Site-Incharge/Estate management.

4. Ensures only authorised personnel are permitted entry and use of


premises/equipment/facilities.

5. Safe guards the club property.

6. Ensure proper cleanliness of club.

7. All employees/house keeping staff must be checked when the leave club.

8. Should know the functioning of the Equipment/Gadgets.

9. Adhere to laid down timings and procedures.

10. Is accountable to Supervisor/Site Incharge and Estate management.

11. Vehicles should not be permitted to park for long time in front of the club.
Post No. 5
Patrolling Duty of Security Guard

1. Is properly turned out.

2. His personal discipline is exemplary.

3. Is always alert vigilant and enthusiastic.

4. His area of responsibility comprises the entire area of the estate.

5. He should also be aware and on the look out for any untoward happenings in the immediate
vicinity/neighborhood of the Estate.

6. He will carry out patrolling at regular intervals/given timings.

7. When not on the move he will be located in the club area.

8. He petrol on foot/cycle.

9. Should be on the lookout for any suspicious looking person/movement.

10. Should visit all posts ensure all security guards are in post and alert.

11. Carry out random checks of passes.

12. Should ensure no tress passing takes place.

13. Stray cattle and dogs be chased out.

14. Report any untoward incident to the Supervisor/Site Incharge/Estate management.


Post No. 6
Duties of Tower Security Guard

1. Is properly and correctly turned out.

2. Check the Property/Assets on assumption of duty.

3. Be Familiar with his tower and surrounding area.

4. Should have list of all Owners/Residents along with their telephone numbers.

5. He should appropriately Salute/Greet all personnel Entering/Leaning the tower.

6. Be polite and firm in his dealings with all Visitors/Employees.

7. Will not permit parking of vehicles for long time in front of the tower.

8. Should not permit any damage to Plants/Lawns/Greenery.

9. Ensure cleanliness and service ability of the lift.

10. Ensure cleanliness of the area through house keeping staff.

11. Will not permit maids, servants, drivers, casual visitors to loiter around and dirty the area, of Talk/Laugh
loudly or play music loudly.

12. Will ensure no unauthorised material is kept on the roof, lifts, alevator room, steps, and lobby.

13. Will check and ensure serviceability of security light.

14. Will be in possession of all important telephone numbers.

15. Keep a record of all visitors and employees.

16. Will not permit entry to any unauthorised person.

17. Visitor will be asked to enter his particulars in the register, thereafter the owner will be asked if visitor
could be permitted to visit the house then only visitor will be permitted to visit a particular
House/Person.

18. Be aware of fire fighting precautions and arrangement and know the use of fire
Extinguishers/Arrangements.

19. Will not permit Employees/Maids/Servants/Drivers to take away any material without pass/authority
letter.

20. Report all untoward incidents to Supervisor/Site incharge/Estate management.


Post No. 7
Basement Entry Duties of Security Guard

1. Should be smartly turned out.

2. Will greet/salute the owners appropriately in a pleasing manager.

3. Will ensure that equipment/barrier is functional. Be prepares to operate it manually.

4. Will ensure that all vehicles have RWA stickers.

5. Only authorised vehicles are permitted to go inside the basement.

6. Unauthorised personnel and material is not permitted inside the basement.

7. All untowards incidents are reports to supervisor/ site Incharge/Estate management at the
earliest.

8. Complete maintain the required documents .


Post No. 8
Basement Duties of Security Guard

1. Should be properly and correctly turned out.

2. Proper handing/taking over of duties/equipment should be done.

3. He should salute/greet all personnel appropriately and in a pleasing manner.

4. He should assist vehicle to be parked in their allotted slot.

5. Should ensure vehicles are parked in allotted slots only.

6. No unauthorised vehicle should be allowed to be parked in the basement. Defaulters if any


should be reported to the state management.

7. No unauthorised personnel or material be permitted in the basement.

8. Check that all vehicles are locked

9. All vehicles must have stickers issued by RWA.

10. Untoward incident to be reported to supervisor/site incharge/estate management.
