I think that the culture of recycling should be practiced by everyone to have a better quality of life. Since I

was 12 years old I have recycled bottles, cardboard boxes and I have reduced my consumption of canned

products and packaged in plastic, today I have included new environmental friend practices to my lifestyle

such as growing some organic products, potatoes, tomatoes, chard, parsley, hierba buena, huacatay,

chamomile, rocoto, pumpkin, onion and some fruits such as strawberries, plums and apples, I also

disconnect the electrical appliances that I am not using, I have energy-saving light bulbs at home, I reuse the

water from rain to fill the water tanks of the toilets in my house, I ride my bike to go shopping downtown, I

don’t use aerosol products, I collect the clean sheets left over from my old notebooks to make a new

notebook, I don't use battery-operated products, I use biodegradable bags . these are activities that we can

do daily to help the environment.
