For me in the video, it shows the the AIDA model. The AIDA model identifies the cognitive
level a person goes through during the process of purchasing a product or service. This is a
buying funnel where buyers go here and there at every level, to support them in making a
final purchase.
1) Awareness: In this video, a brand trying to establish its existence in the minds of the
consumers. They don’t sell, they only create awareness. So, a KFC employee ride a
motorcycle and showed the KFC store have a promotion.
2) Interest: The advertisement at the interest stage must focus on the advantages and
benefits of your product/service. Should be to point to the consumer’s needs. Then, a
younger brother, saw the advertisement on the KFC motorcycle and his father also see
the advertisement at the billboard.
3) Desire: The brand needs to prominently highlight its outstanding features which the
consumer won’t get in other product/service. Next, a son know set Holiday Bucket
and hi invited his family to eat a Holiday Bucket Set at the KFC. Then, his father also
see menu set Holiday Bucket.
4) Action: At this stage, to encourage consumers to make a purchase the product/service.
Then, the whole family go to buy a set Holiday Bucket KFC and they eat at the KFC
shop.
