Setup

 SWMS  Calendar  in  Android  

 
1.  Open  Google  Play  Store,  search  “Icalsync”  then  install  IcalSync2  
 

 
 
2.  Open  Setting,  select  Account  and  sync  then  Add  Account  
 

 
 
3.  Select  IcalSync2  type  
 

 
 
  
4.  Type  Calendar  Name  
5.  Choose  Calendar  Color  by  click  on  the  box  color  
6.  Select  URL  
 

 
 
7.  Select  Protocol  the  choose  “WebCal”  
8.  Select  URL  then  type  Calendar  Address

http://myswms.com/mtcalendar/[calendar  name]  or  [A/C  Reg]  or  
http://124.81.97.165/mtcalendar/[calendar  name]  or  [A/C  Reg]

9.  Select  Use  Login  then  type  User:  trvuser  and  Password:  trvuser  
 

 
 

 
 
10.  Uncheck  for  “Keep  local  changes”    
 
11.  Back  to  Account  Setting  the  select  right  up  corner  then  Save  
 
 

 
 
  
12.  Select  S  Planner  Application  or  Calendar  Application    
 

 
 
13.  Select  Setting  in  Right  Up  Corner  for  show  or  hide  calendar  
 

 
 
 

 
 
 
13.a.  If  SPlanner  application  is  not  installed  in  your  device,  please  download  aCalendar  
application  from  Play  Store.  
 

 
 
13.b.  Open  aCalendar,  touch  calendar  task  for  detail.
