Human Resources Manager

I Maherban haider had conducted an interview with Fakhar Uz Zaman, who is


the Hr Manager at International packaging films Lahore. The main objective of
this interview was to obtain information about the roles that are performing by
Fakar Uz Zaman being an Hr Manager at international Packaging films. So
due to pandemic situation of covid-19 to all over the world I unable to meet
him physically but when I tried to get connect to him through LinkedIn profile
so I succeeded to get connect with him and while I asking different question to
him in an interview I tried my best to obtain information as much a possible.

So when I asked Fakhar Uz Zaman to give me a brief intro about himself. So


he replied me by following words “Performance driven professional with 8
years of experience in human resources management, compensation &
benefits, talent management, and recruiting. Strategy architect in the
development of innovative HR initiatives to streamline processes and
capitalize on organizations growth opportunities. A creative thinker who
effectively balances the need of the employees with the mission of the
organization. Strong communication, negotiation, and organization skills. , My
expertise in the various areas including

So in addition I asked to Fakhar Uz Zaman about how he think about working


hours of an Hr Manager and benefits. So then he replied me by following
words “This is where you’ll want to include any company-specific working
hours and benefits. Tell prospective human resources managers about
telecommuting options, flexible work schedules, or any required travel. You
can also sell potential applicants on the benefits — like commuter credits, paid
family leave, or childcare reimbursement — that set your business apart.

Human Resources Manager Qualifications / Skills:

I was feeling so well by taking interview of Fakhar Uz Zaman, he was so


friendly at all and he was so positive also. So in addition I asked to Mr Fakhar
Uz Zaman about the Hr Manager about the skills and qualification that are
required for someone if he or she is interested to become an Hr manager, so
then he replied me by following words….

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or similar work


experience required
 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible human resource
roles
 3+ years of experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations
 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role
 PHR/SPHR certification preferred
Call to Action:

I was about to finish the interview with Fakhar Uz Zaman but before I leaving
him I asked the last question about Call to Action, then he replied me by
following words “Now it’s time to convert an interested party into a job
applicant. The best job descriptions do this by closing the posting with a
compelling call to action and advise prospective HR managers on exactly how
to apply. For example, tell them to “click the apply button” at the top of the job
listing or to email their application and resume to someone at your company.”
