We need to govern, protect and develop our country to be
peaceful and looked good.

You do not say that you are poor, but the poor can do a lot of things
to help themselves and their community.

We work together, eat together.

Politic security

Have good governance of each workplaces:

1. Government offices.

The poverty is to come from unemployment.

Two third of people do not know what they should do a day.

The works that we have done is to earn money for ourselves and
family.

We ought to know how to take care of our family everyday and be

responsible for the cost of living of their own family and can be helpful
to others.

Three basic need of human:

 Food
 Shelters
 Clothing

Three basis of infrastructures:

 Electricity.
 Road.
 Hospital.

If we are unable to work, we will be poor and have nothing to feed our
family. Without employment men can do nothing to help himself.

We are not only to assist our family with working but also to support
the other family, as well.

We can get money from our work every day.

We are to work at any workplaces that due to our responsibility.

1. To be government official.
2. Co-worker at company or factory.
3. To be seller, cleaner/shop keeper, staff or employee.
4. To be farmer.
5. To do your own business.

There are three kinds of domestic violence:

 Social problems.
 economic crisis .
 family violence /household conflicts.

we all ought to make out the problem of:

1. The shortage of natural resources.

2. The air pollutions.
3. The international conflict.
4. Reducing atomic bombs.
5. Trade conflict.
6. The getting rid of crimes that have been increasing.

The duty of everyone is to do for the community.

1. Modeling transformed life to get better.

3. Sharing love and compassion to all.
4. Saving suffering people.
5. Bringing peace, justice and giving helps to your community.

Economy is the one thing important for us.

Now-a-days, many families need changing the former life of agriculture

to become economic life. But it is uneasy for us to do so.

Especially for Lao family’s economics are not adequate to feed them.

It is only because we are unable to mobilize our country to be the

industrialized nation. Most of the consumer goods and construction
equipments and some capital goods are from outside.

So we are to face with the obstacles of producing economic commodity

for the country and can export foreign country.

Most of the people are farmers- rice cultivation and fruit tree
plantation as their personal economics.

We have only a small scale size of economic pattern for importing and
service .

Most of people do their business as a sufficient economics. Even if they

have a big business but they do not think of others and what can help
the weak community.

The circle of economic condition in our country cannot responses the

demands of people. So we should urge people to produce more to
import.

Although, we desire not to work for money to live a luxurious life but
to live a meaningful life in this world.

Our country still need to improve the system of education. It should

have good management for public education.

A nation that has been developed is a country that has been educated
and have good administration to envision and engage its people to
receive good education for all.

Levels of education

 Kindergarten
 Elementary school-primary school.
 Middle or junior high school-lower secondary school.
 High school-upper secondary school.
 Colleges or vocational school and universities.

We need to reform the educational system.

Children, boys and girls, need to acquire the knowledge and skills to
rise out of extreme poverty.

The education is the greatest hope for all to achieve the global peace
and social justice.

We need to ensure that all boys and girls complete primary school.

The parents of all households should take good care of their children
and bring them to school.

We ought to build an association of education for the children that

without parents to care for.

And the community should have a bank for community education in

each provincial levels. In order to receive a good financial aid or
educational grant from the financial aid office.

I begin by asking you one question, do you want to receive

wisdom ?

Wisdoms are for those who the seekers!

The wisdom for all people:

 Lazy hands make a man poor.

but diligent hands bring wealth.

 The wise in heart accept commands,

but a chattering fool comes to ruin.

 Hatred stirs up dissension,

but love covers all wrongs

 The mouth of the righteous bring forth wisdom,

but a perverse will be cut out.

 The lips of the righteous know what is fitting,

but the mouth of the wicked only what is perverse.

 When pride comes, then comes disgrace,

but with humility comes wisdom.

 A generous man will proper;

he who refreshes others will himself be refreshed.

 He who seeks good will find goodwill,

but evil comes to him who searches for it.

 A man is praised according to his wisdom,

but man with warped minds are despised.

 He who works his land will have abundant food.

 Every prudent man acts out of knowledge.

 The wisdom of the prudent is to give thought to their ways,

but the folly of fools is deception.

 There is a way that seems right to a man,

but in the end it leads to death.

 Plans fail for lack of counsel,

but with many advisers they succeed.

There are three basic human relations:

1. Sovereign and subject.

2. Husband and wife.
3. Parents and children.

Five Human Relationships in this world:

1. The subjects should be loyal to the king.

2. The children should obey their parents.

3. The wife should keep her charity and be faithful to her
husband.
4. The brothers ought to be brotherly.
5. The friends ought to have fidelity.
6. The lower ought to respect the higher.

In the civil society our human relation has to be based on the equality.

 The life of a man is much more than all the world.

On coming to this world, human have come to try to satisfy their own
biological desires.

It is said that everyone should:

1. think rightly.
2. speak rightly
3. and act rightly.

All human-beings need to live a happy and peaceful life.

We need not only economic environment but also moral
situation.
What we should do to treat other people.
1. Love.
2. Joyousness in good deed.
3. Peacefulness.
4. Patience.
5. Kindness.
6. Goodness.
7. Faithfulness.
8. Gentleness.
9. Self-control.

These are what all human need:

1. Do all things in goodness

2. Righteousness
3. and truthfulness
4. Humaneness
 Our goal is to transform conflict, promote peace and bring good
change to our nation to achieve the MDGs.

Without religion, only science, we are unable to fulfill the idealistic

world or healthy world that all the human races have dreamed.

Now-a-days, the world has become indifferent with religion.

No one can deny the fact that science has come to nominated the
world.

Modern intellectuals have declared that only science can explain

rightly the secret of the universe and that it can contribute to the
welfare of human race.
They have also proclaimed that men should be free from the religion.

In the healthy country, they have good governance among the

society-human capital management.
 Government office.
 Local government.
 Company/factory.
 Marketplace management
 School management.

Should three good fellowship such as:

1. Government.
2. Community.
3. Family.

A country will be wealthy, should have both economic situation

and moral training to its people.

What still needs to be done for our country to be healthy.

 To reduce extreme global poverty, we should take action of

MDGs.
1. Support education for all.
2. Find employment for all.
3. Improve health-preventing disease and improving health.
4. Protect the environment-clean up environment.
5. Training on the idea of equality/human right

We also need to become mature in order to help others grow, as well.

What is the goal for human’s growth and service ?
