Entrance
The entrance will have a custom build rectangular shaped area 20 x 10.
Roof will have Acrylic crystal hangings
Front wall will be sheesh mahal panels with Two Crystal Chandeliers.
White floor with Pana Flex or carpet
One corner will have frame with easel with a welcome sign.
Panel with centre arrangement.
Pathway between Entrance & Reception
Pathway will have red runner
On the left side (Marquee side) there will be two consoles with high arrangements
On the right side there will be two consoles with low arrangements.
There will be a fountain in the centre area.

Reception Area
A custom made rectangular grid structure 20 x 10 (connecting Marquee to lawn)
Roof will be draped as per the picture below
Mirror on two sides
Central Portion with Bride & Groom Names will be a custom made and design needs to be decided.
Main Area
Overall Main Area
Main Area is has a roof following elements;
Stage (ref Pics are as below)
The stage base will be of Mirrors size will be 12 x 16 with 1 feet high.
The stage will have a gazebo style look with four pillars with floral spirals and top frame will also have
flowers.
The Side and back will have beads curtains.
Note: Flowers will be mix 50% artificial & 50% really, including baby’s breath

Dance Floor AREA (ref Pics are below)
Dance floor will be 24 x 24 with designed (Design will approved later)
Floor will have roof in Canopy shaped with hangings.
There will be ottomans, Thakt poosh floor cushions and white sheets.
Gazebos
Four White wooden frame Gazebo sized 10 x 10
White leather Sofas with Coffee tables
Shafoon curtain drapes on all four sides
Front side frame will have arrangements
Crystal Chandelier on the roof and four drapes with rice lights in them.
Head Tables (ref Picture as attached)
The Head table will of 16 pax each and will have arrangements as per ref. picture (event at Milano)
Chairs will be chavari chairs with drapes on the chairs.
This area already has a roof of shafoon drapes which starts from dance floor edge and goes behind
gazebos.
Note: The ref is off table & chairs arrangements and not of roof.
