Indemnity for Waiving Enhanced Security Features

Dear Customer,

To strenghten the security of your accounts, we have implemented IP whitelisting and two-
factor authentication process via SMS OTP for all our customer accounts.

However, you can choose to bypass these security features by signing this letter thereby
instructing us to disable one or both of the features.

By opting out of IP whitelisting or two-factor authentication, you accept responsibility for any
unauthorized access on your account and indemnify Route Mobile for any and all damages
arising from unauthorized access to your account.
