Engagement of Technical and Non-Technical Trade & Technician Apprentices

under the Apprentice Act, 1961 at IOCL – Western Region (MD) is being hosted on
our website www.iocl.com from 22.02.2020 and notified in Employment News &
Rozgar Samachar on 22.02.2020.

IndianOil, Marketing Division, Western Region, hereby informs all those who have
applied against Discipline Codes 101 – 112, that, as per the guidelines of the
Board Of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT), the time gap between the date of
passing the final semester of the Diploma to the date of joining an establishment
for apprenticeship training should not be more than 3 (three) years, in order for
the online apprenticeship contract, duly approved by National Apprenticeship
Training Scheme (NATS), to be created. The Written Examination, which was
tentatively scheduled to be held on 29.03.2020 but had to be postponed due to
the ongoing pandemic, will now be held on 20.12.2020. The tentative date of
joining for apprenticeship training is 15.02.2021. Kindly note that all candidates,
who do not fulfill this requirement, as per BOAT guidelines, will not be eligible to
sit for the Written Examination.
