it utilizes back-end data server to;
- facilitate waiter to take orders
- facilitate kitchen to prepare orders
- enable customer to experience self-selection

CK3 - Components: (b) kitchen kiosk

an interactive GUI running on wall mounted kiosk,
four chefs can logon single kiosk, where they attend
KOT, each KOT can be either processed or rejected by
chef. Once the meal order is ready, chef closes the
KOT by dispatching the meal, CK3 sends alert to
associated waiter to serve the table.
