To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing on behalf of Mr. Brandon Martinazzi in conjunction with his application for a
teaching position in your district. Mr. Martinazzi has successfully completed all academic expectations
in preparation for student teaching in Early Childhood Education. To that end, Mr. Martinazzi completed
his student teaching at Jackson Elementary School in the second and fourth grade. Brandon recognizes
the importance of planning effective lessons in order to meet the needs of the students in the
elementary classroom. When observing Mr. Martinazzi in the classroom, he evidences proficiency with
planning, classroom management, instructional delivery, and professional development.

As a student teacher, Brandon demonstrated competency in selecting appropriate educational


resources in order for students to meet the expected academic standards. Mr. Martinazzi strives to
motivate and engage students in learning opportunities by using technology and interactive
demonstrations necessary for achieving the lesson objective. He has also become a reflective educator
who strives to make authentic connections in all his lessons. Brandon demonstrates a sincere passion for
working with children and is commended for his rapport with the students at Jackson Elementary
School.

Mr. Martinazzi evidences a commitment to adult and student learning. He has demonstrated an
ability to collaborate with resource personnel during his student teaching placement, which has resulted
in new learning opportunities for students. He strives to develop a rapport with students, parents, and
his mentor teachers. He is a most dependable young man, who takes on his role as a future teacher with
passion and commitment. In summary, I close this letter of recommendation as I began it; please give
