STAKEHOLDER
Internal Stakeholder Roles: Internal stakeholders usually have a financial interest in the organization.
These include shareholders, the board of directors and investors. These stakeholders are said to have a
vested interest in the success of the company because of their financial investment. One of the main roles
internal stakeholders have is voting rights based on the number of shares owned or the percentage of the
company owned. The board of directors usually votes for things like new acquisitions, liquidations, key
position hiring, and oversight and budget items including distributed profits. Those with larger stakes in
the company might meet with leaders, brainstorm development or marketing ideas, and identify new areas
for market penetration.
External Stakeholder Roles :The roles of external stakeholders often reflect the community,
government or environmental concerns. For example, an automotive manufacturer seeking to build
a new plant might need to meet with the city council and the environmental protection agency
representatives to review potential benefits and disadvantages to the community and environment.
Ignoring external stakeholders could lead to stalling or blocking of projects. It is best to allow
external stakeholders a voice in the process and brainstorm with them regarding solutions that
work for the company and the community alike.
Responsibilities: Being a business owner brings more responsibilities than you might imagine. While
your goal is to earn money for you and other owners of the business, you have customers, community
members, suppliers, employees and business partners who have needs or requirements, too. Satisfying
these stakeholders helps your business thrive and avoid negative backlash.

MANAGER
Daily Operations: The primary role of a manager is to ensure the daily functioning of a
department or group of employees.

Set Goals: A manager articulates both short and long-term goals to ensure a company’s
longevity.
Liaising: Although a manager typically oversees a group of employees, managers also
effectively communicate with their bosses and convey the necessary information to the
various company parties.

.END USER
Using the software at the end or after the implementation is an End User.we do come across entire
Organization Management creation by an end user after the Personnel structure is created. OM
objects like creation of Org Unit means functional area or department, creation Job and Position and
its occupancy is within the limits of an end user. Initially the OM is created by sap consultant . In
course of time a new department has appeared in the company of the client .. this has to be created
by the end user rather than depending up on the implementer... similarly new job and position..like
this small things are always done by the end user. The entire work of OM is purely depends upon the
endures.
