I want to thank Bro. Ryan Greene, Bro.
Alex Mabe, Bro. Alan Hankins filling in for me
in worship and Sunday School last Sunday. I
also want to thank you for allowing us the

time away to spend Christmas with Susan’s
family. We had a wonderful Christmas, and I
hope you did too. I am so grateful that our
Heavenly Father sent His Son to save us
from our sins and give us eternal life!
The Christmas Post Office has closed.
The cards that have not been picked up will
be in the sanctuary this Sunday. Please
check them and pick up any that belong to
you or any you want to deliver to those who

ceived $2,575.30 toward our goal of $8,000
for the church year ending on September 30,
2021. 100% of any offering you give to the

people how to receive forgiveness of sins and
eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. I
want to encourage you to pray for our mis-
sionaries and give to the Lottie Moon Offering
to help support them as they share the gospel
of Jesus Christ. I also want to encourage you
to tell those you know about Jesus as well.
The “Pray & Go” outreach teams for this
Sunday, January 3 are:

participant in this mission/outreach endeavor.
If you would like to commit to be a part of this

We have a new email address dedicated
specifically for prayer requests. If you or
someone you know has a prayer request, you
can send your request to the church using the

Our Committee on Committees is looking
for at least two people to help lead our Be-
reavement Ministry Committee. This ministry
provides a meal for member families when a
family member in the home passes away. We
have three people who have agreed to help
with this ministry, but we need at least two
people to provide leadership. If you are willing
to serve on this committee, please contact
me.
The Personnel Committee is still looking
for someone to fill the position of Nursery Co-
ordinator. If you are interested in the position
or know someone who may be interested,
applications and job descriptions are availa-
ble on the credenza outside the church office.
In the meantime, if you are willing to help in
the nursery on Sunday mornings, please con-
tact me as soon as possible. Until we fill this
position, we need individuals to volunteer to
help us provide a nursery each Sunday. If you
are willing to help, please contact me. Thank
you for your help with this.
I hope to see you in Sunday School and
Worship this Sunday if you feel like venturing
out of your home. I understand if you don’t
feel comfortable doing that at this time, and I
will continue to pray for you as you shelter in.
