SIMULATIONS
Our comprehensive ‘Research and Development’
team working on latest computerised simulation
techniques are able to propose and deliver the latest
safety barriers which are in vogue with present day
modern vehicles.
Not only are the objectives set here for applicable
containment levels but care is also taken to propose
systems which are versatile and adaptable to the ever
changing needs of modern day vehicles.

Crash Testing
Our simulated barriers are then crash tested in the
best of test houses under stringent quality control to
ensure quality performing products.
Coupled with the best of engineering simulated
techniques in amalgamation with our expertise in
steel working, we are able to produce safety barriers
as planned to ensure that the road users are provided
such solutions which perform exactly as envisaged.

Manufacture
Consistent with our Safety First approach to road
safety and strictly in conformance with the simulated
approved barriers, safety barriers are manufactured
under stringent quality conditions. At every level from
raw material to final dispatch, strict procedures and
systems are in place to ensure quality products.
These systems ensure that the products manufac-
tured comply exactly to the characteristics as envis-
aged during design and simulation procedures which
also acts as a guarantee to perform as proposed.

INSTALLATION
Our crash tested barriers manufactured under strict
quality conscious conditions are installed by expert
installation crews.
These barriers are installed with driven posts by using
post driving machines. Our trained crews ensure that
barriers are installed as laid down in the installation
manual for anticipated performance.

THE COMPANY
Safebarrier International Pvt Ltd is the pioneer in
the promotion of the performance - tested Vehicle
Restraint Systems in the sub-continent, thereby
ensuring that the vehicle restraint systems proposed
are proven systems, conforming to stringent
International Standards.

The Company is capable of providing the latest

crash tested systems as per the European Standards
EN 1317, Part 1 & 2 with the ‘Made In India’ tag.
As detailed in the later pages, the Company has a
wide range of Vehicle Restraint Systems from Lower
Containment Levels to Very High containment levels.
In effect, the Company is able to provide meaningful
and crash tested solutions for vehicles from passenger
cars to heavy trucks.

SAFETY CRITERIA
The European Standards categorically state the
parameters to be checked in terms of performance
while ensuring the vehicle and the circumstances are
close to reality thereby creating a real-life situation
and to ensure that results are absolutely as close to
expectations.

Utmost care is taken to make sure that material

characteristics are primarily met and then process
manufacturing is built on quality.

Our end results have time and again proven the

fact that our results are very close to assumptions
indicating a completely homogenous product
integration which is system driven.
