The Survey suggested these five strengths

 Honesty
 Kindness
 Fairness
 Self-Regulation
 Perseverance
 Leadership
I can agree with some of the strengths but still there is some questionable strengths like
Fairness. I can be fair at some places but not all the time, I may have biased towards my
friends, families. Also, I don’t bias against any of my classmates as a Class Representative at
the same time. I am honest with everyone; I don’t tell lie unless it can make things worse.
One strength that I can say without doubt that I am a very kind person. I always pay money to
the beggars and being kind to everyone either he or she is my enemy or friend.
Talking about leadership, I have good leadership skills as I am leading a class of 80 future
managers and I also, take a lead in the group project.
I would like to mention one instance about leadership. I was in last year of my college, and I
wasn’t the part of any event. So, one day I thought to organize a quiz event and asked one
friend and convince him. Then we decided to select the team to work on various things like,
sponsorship, permission with the authorities etc. Everyone has different opinion, as many of
us were first timers, conflicts of opinion started dividing people, so, I hosted a meeting and
discuss everything with team and ask them not to be so angry, we are working as a team not
as individual, and we came to conclusion on how to make our event successful.
Talking to my friends, helped me in knowing many of my strengths such as:

 Kindness
 Forgiveness
 Humility
 Cooperative
 Considerate
 Helpful
 Good Listener
 Leadership
 Fairness
 Diligent
 Amiable
 Punctual
 Hardworking
 Benevolent
 Attentive

These are the feedbacks from the important people of my life and of the people whom I interact on
daily basis.

Asking on the instances they said these things, throughout the college life I have seen him being
proactive in finishing in his college work like assignments, projects, tasks etc. before time. He worked
diligently during his CAT preparations to get into his dream college. He has a great network in college
and beyond due to a friendly attitude.

Also, some them said, “The first and foremost virtue I see in Ankur is him compassionate heart. I
remember how he was excited to join NGOs and always persuaded others to join too. His
benevolent nature and urge to help people without expecting anything in return is a beautiful
quality one can possess. There's not a person he would have turned his back to whenever someone
asked for help. His willingness to clear people's doubt is amazing. If any classmate had a doubt,
Ankur would always be the first one to be suggested to get help from.

His hardworking attitude and attentive nature is what always made him the teachers' favourite! His
consistency, not only in his grades but getting praises from organisations wherever he interned at
made him a star in our class. He always gives his best, no matter how many boats he's on the same
time.

A gentleman should always possess punctuality and Ankur owns this quality. There’s rarely been a
day when he's been absent or late in class or any event. Sometimes he'd get a little strict on us (his
friends) getting late too.

He's a man who knows to act accordingly with the kind of person he meets
