1. After leaving the scheduled setback in the table, the basement is built
on the remaining even if the building is made leaving larger setback
as mentioned in the table but basement with area less than 15 sq
meter will not be payable.
2. If the side and the rear setback is less than 2 meters in a plot and the
applicant wants to make the basement till the Setback line, then in

Corporation, the indemnity bond should be given.

near to the slope. Which will have a minimum area of 1800X2000
mm. The Slope will be of such floor material, (This floor material will
be colored, whose color and brightness will brighten the floor area of
the surrounding area and for people with weak sight. There are

14. MECHANICAL PARKING CAN BE GIVEN ONLY IN AREA LARGER THAN 1000
SQM.
10.2 RAMP :
1. RAMPS PROVIDED SHOULD NOT HAVE SLOPE MORE THAN 1:8, BUT THE
SLOPE CAN BE MORE IF THE HEIGHT TO BE REACHED IS 1M.
