What happened at higher concentration of substrate that caused the rate of reaction to
become steady?

Enzymes become saturated when the substrate concentration is high

Suggest how can you increase the rate of reaction.

Add more enzyme

Can the reaction still happen when no enzyme is added? Explain your answer.

The reaction still can happen but these reaction would take place slowly because enzyme are
proteins that control the speed of chemical reactions.
