From Enlightened Path

One of the great charitable organizations “Enlightened Path” is stepping their successful journey
into 3rd year at 5th January, 2021. “Enlightened Path” works with disabled & autistic children and
fights against disability. The main focus of “Enlightened Path” is ensuring well-being and
comfortable life leading skills for children with autism & other disabilities.

Information about Enlightened Path:

“Enlightened Path” is a charitable organization registered by the Social Services Directorate of

the Ministry of Social Welfare of the Government of Bangladesh, whose registration no. is-
DHA- 09756 and Serial no. is- 0088310. With the combination of hard work of teachers,
students, government officers, doctors; “Enlightened Path” got the organizational status at 5 th
January, 2019.

But, the background history of “Enlightened Path” was very simple. This organization was
started to provide free treatment service and medicine to disable children of rural area and slum,
from March, 2016. In this way, “Enlightened Path” provided services for 2 years successfully
and finally it was named by “Alokito Poth” (in English- Enlightened Path) at 2019.

Disable & Autistic children and Enlightened Path:

From different research, it is known that, about 10% people in the world live with disabilities and
about 7.1% of those are child. In Bangladesh, child disability is increased day by day.
“Enlightened Path” works with disability and its main mission is to recovery the disability as
much as possible and also to ensure well-being & comfortable living skills of disable children.
Free of cost treatment services always:

To ensure proper treatment facilities to rural child; Enlightened Path is self promised about that.
For that, from 2016 to till now, Enlightened Path provides free treatment services ( Occupational
Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy and Physiotherapy) and daily living skills training- to
disable child (like- child with Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Intellectual
Disability, Behavioral Disorder, Multiple Disabilities and all other disabilities)

Future Plan:

“Enlightened Path” is self promised to increase the service facilities more and more whole over
the country by promoting branches. At present “Enlightened Path” stand on the process to
achieve NGO Bureau registration. “Enlightened Path” always stands beside the disable children
of our country and works to ensure inclusion living and inclusive society also.

Happy 3rd founding anniversary of “Enlightened Path” would be grateful. At present, our
only branch is located at uttara, Dhaka.
