It is to bring to your kind notice that the breach has occurred on

Polavaram Left Main canal at KM 52.010 in Ramavaram(V) of Jaggampeta(M)

and on Pushkara lift Irrigation Scheme Main canal at KM 58.450 in

Peddanapalli(V) of Yeleswaram(M), due to the excess water inflows and heavy

floods caused by the unprecedented rains recently.

I herewith submit the flood damage report for favour of information and taking

further necessary action.
