It is to bring to your kind notice that the due to heavy unprecedented rains and the
subsequent surplussing of the Surampalem Reservoir scheme along with other uncontrolled vagus
lead to the heavy inflows into the Polavaram canal causing rise of rapid water level thereby
causing breach on PIPLMC right bank at CH. KM 52.010 in Ramavaram (V), Jaggampeta (M)
Due to heavy flows from the breach of PIPLMC at KM 52.010 into the Pushkara canal,
the breach has occurred at right side inspection path of Pushkara main canal at Chainage KM
58.450 in Peddanapalli (v) of Yeleswaram (m) in E.G Dist.

I herewith submit the detailed flood report for favour of information and for taking
further necessary action.
