The innovative product is derived from the original type of native fruit in the Philippines

which is the banana Primarily, banana is very known for as an appetizer, and famous
when it comes to snack time as one one of the Pinoy’ all-time favorite, the Banana Cue.

At this juncture, let us make a twist out of this recipe, the Banana Cheese Roll.

Ingredients:

● Riped Banana ( Saba )


( 12 pcs,medium -sized )
● Sugar ( 1/2 cup )
● All Purpose flour ( 2 cups )
● Cheese ( as filling )
● Whole Eggs ( 2 pcs ,beaten )
● Breadcrumbs

● Cooking oil ( for frying )


Procedure:

1. Wash the bananas thoroughly first then put the bananas in the cooking bowl

2. Pour water on the cooking bowl,


3. Preheat the stove and cook them in 10 – 15 minutes

4. Let it coo a bit, then peel it off and transfer the peeled bananas into a mixing bowl
5. Slice your cheese bar in lengthwise

6. Mash the bananas in the mixing bowl then add and combine in the All Purpose
Flour, and Sugar then mix well
7. Grease clean hands with oil, Scoop 1 tablespoon of the mixture, flatten it, add the
cheese at the center as filling, then roll it.

8. Dip the rolled banana in the beaten eggs, coat it with bread crumbs
9. Pre heat the cooking bowl with oil, deep fry with low heat until golden brown and
serve. You may choose to add your cream cheese or chocolate toppings on it.
