CCTV PRIVACY NOTICE AND CONSENT

For security purposes, Tivoli Royale’s premises are monitored by CCTV cameras,
which capture, record, and store for about 30 days, footages that determine your
identity, actions, and whereabouts. The footages may be stored for a longer
duration, processed in other means if necessary in connection with a security
matter, and shared to authorized TRHAI officers and security personnel.

By entering these premises and/or logging in the security personnel’s logbook, you
consent to the capture, recording, storage, processing, and sharing of all
information directly or indirectly obtained by the CCTV cameras. You further
warrant having read and understood this CCTV Privacy Notice.
