process in which there is no separation at nil. But f o ~ of us the observer seems to be
separate from the observed, but in rcnJity it is not. So, if you are having a feeling of
separation from whnt you nre scein~ definitely perception is not true. If you perceive the

world as separate from you it is tlttc to illusion~ Most of us live with this illusion
throughout ~ ife;~few try to come out of this illusion. Since separation is an i])usio~ proper
enquiry into it will only help one to come out of it. If you watch the whole process of seeing
you cari understand that the observed and process of observation are not creating the illusion.
The observer creates the illusion of separation as observed and observer. But the observer is
not creating a separation as observer, observed and process of observation. The observer is
only creating duality, a bjrtft;y. It happens because the observer is not identifying or naming
the process of ob~rvation. The observer identifies himself as a person with a name, a

world through this image. By identifying and naming/ he observer creates an illusion of
separation. Naming is not a response of the present moment, it is the response of the memory,
the accumulated past. So, in order to come out of the illusion created by the observer one has
to observe the observer itself. }

The brain which is the observer is nothing but accumulated memories of the past
experiences. The observer with accumulated knowledge acts as a center and creates illusion.
The knowledge responding with thought is the distorting factor. nothing else. The knowledge
acts as an authority which translates each experience. It is purely an intellectual activity-
