2 15-09-2020 Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states

that for the period during which institution was shut on

account of Pandemic Covid-19, the respondent can charge

only the component of tuition fee and not other ancillary

charges.

Learned Additional Solicitor General has entered

appearance.

Let response be filed within a period of two

weeks and rejoinder thereto, if any, be filed within a further

period of one week thereafter.

In the meanwhile, we direct that no adverse

action be taken against any one of the students solely on

account of the non-payment of fees.
