What is/are the cause/s of stress you are experiencing and what do you do to cope with it?

Lots of things stress me at the moment, mainly worries about my unfinished activities, as I'm a
working student, i have many unanswered activities. Trying to finish it all but it's hard as I have job
that i source money for my studies. things get out of perspective, too much work too much school
works, thinking too far ahead.

What i do to deal with it is that after my work, i take time to do and reduce my activities and
sometimes when my free time, i chilled out with my friends and we go to beatiful places here in our
town.
