consist of Bidder own standards or references to recognized international codes if they are
adopted and implemented by the Bidder.
Standard Operating Please attach Standard Operating Procedures/ Job Safety Analysis covering the Works under
Procedures the Contract.

Road Safety Please attach the documents demonstrating Bidder's approach to Road Safety - Driving Policy,
Journey Management, Defensive Driving trainings, IVMS requirements and other road safety
measures

PPE Please provide the documents demonstrating PPE requirements for the crew at the similar project

Medical Please attach Health/Hygiene Management Procedure or other document presenting the
medical care requirements of Bidder operations at similar project

Waste Management Please attach the document demonstrating normal waste disposal practice for the similar project

Emergency Response Please attach copy of ERP for similar project/typical. Please attach examples of ER drills
Plan schedule and reports for the similar project

Incident Management Please attach copy of the procedure(s) setting up incident reporting and investigation

Performance Monitoring Please attach HSE statistics of the company at country (or region) level for the last 3 years.
Such report shall be presented in the form maintained by the Bidder and shall include number of
employees, manhours, Fatalities, Total Recordable Incidents number and rate, Lost Time Injury
number and rate, number of First Aid Cases and near misses registered, Road Traffic Accidents,
Environmental Incidents etc.
Internal Auditing Please attach copy of HSE auditing procedure. Please attach examples of audits/inspections
conducted recently at the different structure levels of the Bidder

HSE Certification Please attach copies of certificates (ISO 14001, 45001, OHSAS 18001); other HSE certificates

B.2 Bidder HSE Proposal


Bidder shall provide specifications, technical description, certificates, photos of the proposed

Wheel chocks Vehicles shall be equipped with at least 2 wheel chocks

Fire extinguisher Fire extinguisher shall be availble on the vehicle to extinguish potential fires

Spill Kit Adequate quantity covering to stop and eliminate spill from tanker
