Carbonara ala Créma

Ingredients

500 grams linguini or any pasta, cooked according to package directions

100 grams bacon, chopped

3 tbsps butter

2 tbsps garlic, minced

3 tbsps onions, chopped

1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced

3 tbsps our

1 cup chicken stock

1 pack Alaska Crema All-Purpose Cream


3 tbsps parmesan cheese

Procedure

1 Pan fry bacon in pan until brown and lightly toasted. Remove bacon from pan.

2 Using the same pan and remaining bacon fat, add in butter, garlic and onions. Cook
for a minute over low heat.

3 Add in mushrooms and our. Cook for another minute.

4 Pour in stock little by little while mixing continuously to prevent lumps from forming.
Bring to a boil and blend in Alaska Créma All-Purpose Cream and cheese.

5 Season with salt and pepper and toss in or pour over pasta.
