To whom it may concern:

Dear Sir, Madam,

Re: Applying for M1 Stratégie et Management à l’international, parcours Master of International Business.

I am in my final year at IAELYON Business School, studying Management and Global Business. I wish to
express my interest in applying for the M1 Master of International Business program.

What made me apply for this degree, is my passion for international business and management, and your
focus towards managerial and strategic sciences with a twist of an international dimension. It will enable me
to enforce my knowledge on a strategic level, while maintaining my international profile.

During my study years, I have honed my skills in international business and trade. I strongly believe that
with the managerial approaches and the practical skills (at the operational level) that respectively IAE and
my BTS in International Trade provided me with, I could be a remarkable student. I am focused, eager to
learn and always actively participate in class and university’s activities.

Concerning my professional experience, I would like to highlight my 4-months internship at Mineral. This
internship enabled me to deepen my knowledge of customs operations, international risk management,
international transport. It made me efficient and multi-tasking, because of the uncertainty of an international
environment. I learned how to work independently and granted me with crucial skills when exporting and
developing businesses internationally.

Likewise, my experiences in multinationals firms such as SELENIZZA, where I maintained international

orders helped me significantly to communicating with stakeholders of different backgrounds and provided
me with skills on sales management and enablement, especially international ones. The workload was
massive and it deepened my discipline.

In EVENT, I helped promote and launch Green Cola. I contributed in events and market researches for
UNICEF, Telekom. I enhanced my coordination, organizing and negotiating skills. I also gained information
on marketing practices and how to exploit social media’s insights to segment customers and maximize the
efficiency of online advertising.

As a result, I have been fortunate enough to fulfill internship assignments both in France and Albania, in
different industries. This has made me versatile and gave me hands-on experience of working in both an
emerging and a developed market.

Besides, I firmly believe that my language skills are very helpful in this context, as I also want to do the
internships provided by the program abroad.

Moreover, I am half Albanian, half Greek and I have been living alone in France since I was 17. This personal
situation has given me invaluable cross-cultural experience, work-ethic and ambition. I have had to adapt
quickly, think outside the box and be proactive towards new cultures, but also the demands of a different
education system and working practices. I have always risen to these challenges as my academic results
and internship assessments can prove. I believe that cultivating an international mindset has accelerated
my professional and academic journey so far.

Regarding my future projects, I would like to continue an M2 in Stratégie et Management à l’international.

Professionally, I wish to work as a Project Manager or a Business Developper in French or foreign
multinationals, acquiring so a know-how on internationalizing entities and conduct their projects in
alignment with a mercurial international environment.

I deeply appreciate your time and consideration and in wishing to hear from you soon, I hope that my skills
and experience align with your vision of a MIB student.

Yours sincerely,

Frenki Qirjako
