Shaurya Foundation Trust is a successful effort to create a


self_sustaining eco system to ensure employability and independent
living skills.

Shaurya Foundation Trust has been an active endeavour, supported by


every one ranging from the staff to the former.

Who can help themselves and other in sustaining and living the life that
they deserve. We make sure that these young adults are sufficiently
driven towards a more goal oriented personality development regime.

We conduct’s :- Skill assessment, Innovative Interventions, Pre-


vocational, Therapeutic and Vocational programs.

Employee handbook :- The employee handbook is a great tool for


employees, new and existing, to learn the center mission,values and
norms. The handbook lays out expectations about everything from the
dress code to employee benefits to contact policy.

Organisational Structure and Staff Classification :- Organisational


structure is the established pattern of relationship among the
component parts of the organization.

Company Name CSR Team :- CSR is typically describe as self regulation


that is part of a corporation business model and strategic plan.CSR

Company Name CSR Enities :- CSR is a self regulating business model
that helps a company be socially accountable- to itself and the public.

Designation for Staff :- Types of center staff. First one is:- 1) CENTER
HEAD

2) HR

3) ACCOUNTANT

4) PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR.

5) MARKETING

6) CENTER COORDINATOR

7) RECEPTIONIST.

Second is :- 1) TEACHERS

2) TEACHER ASSISTANT

3) HELPERS.

Employee onboarding :- New employee onboarding is the process of


getting new hires adjusted to the social and performance aspects of
their new jobs quickly and smoothly. It’s the process through which
new hires learn the attitudes,Knowledge,Skills and behaviors required
to function effectively within an organization.

Onboarding is the foundation. It gives new employees a glimpse into


what its really like to work somewhere and provides them with
information about whether or not they made the right decision to
accept the job.
Work timing and Attendance :- Employees Time in & Time out from our
biometric machine. The attendance data will real time sync to the Time
Attendance Software. Attendance data can be export to Excel.

Center working hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm (Monday to Saturday).

Attendance Register:- Attendance Register is a tool to record the


regularity of a employee on a day to day basis. It is used to calculate the
salary like the present,absent,late coming,holidays and other kind of
leaves. Attendance registers were physically maintained on paper
sheets or books.

Movement Register :- Movement register is basically maintained for


recording the movement of Visitors,Students and staff. Movement
register have a record of the IN-OUT Time. Movement register is being
maintained in the center. Anybody leaving the center premises during
working hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm) enter the time of going out.
Movement register is maintained by the security guards, they keep the
records manually on a register.

Team Building Activities :- Team building is hard work. It is a


continuous process that never ends. Team building is an art .A team is a
group of people organized to work together interdependently and
cooperatively to meet the need of their customers by accomplishing
their purpose and goals.
Welfare Programme :- Welfare refers to a range of government
programs that provide financial or other aid to individuals or groups
who cannot support themselves. Welfare program any of a variety of
governmental programs designed to protect students and staff from
the economic risks and insecurities of life.

The trust works for the welfare of persons with any of the following
disabilities:-

1) Mental Retardation
2) Multiple Disabilities
3) C P( cerebral Palsy ).

Grievance Redressal :- Grievances may arise due to problems related to


wages, general working conditions or due to problems relating to
Supervision.

Grievances redressal procedure gives an assurance to the employees


about the existence of a mechanism for the prompt redressal of their
grievance. Employees are the assets of the Organization.It is important
to see to the problems of the employees and also create a healthy
environment with good working culture.
Sexual harassment related complaints :- Shaurya foundation trust is
committed to providing a safe environment for all its employees free
from discrimination on any ground and from harassment at work
including sexual harassment.Shaurya foundation will operate a zero
tolerance policy for any form of sexual harassment in the workplace,
treat all incidents seriously and promptly investigate all allegations of
sexual harassment.Any person found to have sexually harassed another
will face disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal from
employment.

Sexual harassment is unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature which


makes a person feel offended, humiliated and intimidated. Sexual
harassment can involve one or more incidents and actions constituting
harassment may be physical, verbal and non-verbal.

For complaints :- if a victim directly approach an alleged harasser, he/


she can approach one of the designated staff members responsible for
receiving complaints of sexual harassment. This person could be
another supervisor, a member of hr.

Other grievance :- Grievance as a complaint of one or more workers


with respect to wages and allowances, conditions of work and
interpretation of services, condition covering such areas as overtiame,
leave, transfer, promotion, seniority, job assignment and termination
service.
Leaves and Holidays :- Leave means absent from duty. A day leave is a
day off work under the above arrangement. A leave thought might be
taken without permission or no permission. Leaves are not paid.

Holiday leave refers to paid time off of the employee. Center require

Staff to give advance notice of their intention to take holiday, then this
holiday is paid the center.

National Holidays :- A public holiday or national holiday / legal holiday


is a holiday is usually a non- working day. National holidays is
mandatory to grant leave on following :- 26th January,15th august, 2nd
October.

No misuse of Assets :- The misuse of center assets results in liability for


the center because their asset is involved in some type of accident or
loss.

Commitment to Duty :- Commitment to work is defined the employee


has towards his / her tasks assigned at a workplace. It is the feeling of
responsibility that a person has towards the goals, mission and vision of
the center he / she is associated with.
Resignation / Employee Termination :- Resignation is the term used
when employee is leaving the center for any reasons. Resignation is the
termination of employment initiated by the employee. The employee
decides to end their employment and clearly communicates that
decision to the employer. When the employee resigns they may have to
give written notice letter to their employer. One month’s notice periods
has to be given.
