The process to achieve goals is rather simple and it
works, when you follow the guidelines.

You can just as easily skip this part


and still manifest your goals,
however, you cannot skip
Part 2 or Part 3 and expect to achieve…

A Stretch Goal
A stretch goal is a goal that
inspires you AND invites you to grow.

A stretch goal is a goal that


you have no idea HOW you will achieve it.

A stretch goal is a goal that


you would really love to accomplish.

The Manifestation Process

Step #1 You decide what you would love

Step #2 You make a decision that you are setting it


as your goal (your stretch goal)

Step #3 You write it down (in the present tense)


and commit to it

Step #4 You determine what it will feel like when


you have that goal in your life

Step #5 You connect to the feelings


every single day (all day)

Step #6 You take action toward its achievement


and stay focused on the outcome in
everything you do

Stretch Goals / Statements

Write out your goal statements in the present tense


using only positive and emotionally charged words.

i.e. “I am so happy and so grateful to own, pay for in full


and live-in our beautiful, luxurious, spacious, stunningly
gorgeous, professionally decorated and beautifully
furnished waterfront home.”

Guidelines for Your Goals:

1. Remember: You do not have to know “how” you will


accomplish the goal(s)

2. Include all areas of your life (healthy, family,


spirituality, career, finance, travel, property/properties,
vehicles, accomplishments/achievements, etc.)

3. Determine which goal is your “stretch” goal and write


that goal out on a goal card.
