USER INTERFACE
USER INTERFACE
The user interface is composed of three main areas:
• Control Area, which contains the commands to control the cameras remotely and displays the status information about
the cameras themselves
• Configuration area, which contains all the buttons that allow to navigate through the various CCTV control panels
• Application Context Area, which contains the configuration panels summoned by clicking on the related buttons in the
configuration area, as well as the panels to view live and recorded video streams

To use the PTZ (Pan Tilt Zoom) control you must click on the video stream of interest, then click on the specific PTZ buttons.

CONFIGURATION AREA
This area collects all the buttons necessary to draw the panels described above.
Besides the buttons to move across panels, there are additional buttons that perform the tasks:
• “Logout” button, to disconnect from the session
• Optional “Control on” button, which allows to enable or disable the control of PTZ cameras

This area include two sub-panels:
• the PTZ panel (visible only if the “Live View” panel is enabled in the “Application Control Area”)
• the panel that shows the status of the cameras by LEDs. A green LED means that the camera is on; a red LED means that
camera is off. A blinking LED (between red and yellow) means that the camera has detected some motion.
