1 HSE Manager Welcomed Newly Arrived Safety Officer Shahul Hameed INFO --
& asked all the team to support each other in order to avoid any issue
during operation. He also assigned Shahul Hameed for Safety induction.
2 HSE Manager said again regarding individual performance which needs INFO ---
to be improved as few of the HSE team already got deduction last month.
He also urged to show the positive attitude as ability comes later but
One’s attitude counts first.
3 HSE Manager asked entire team to report immediately if any issue INFO
happens in order to rectify at the spot if possible.
4 HSE Manager shared with entire HSE staff regarding previous week INFO --
violations recorded by Petrofac which needs to be minimized in this
week.
