I am forwarding this memo to all of you reminding the importance of cleanliness in our office
especially the lunchroom. There was a recent infestation of cockroaches in the room. The building has been
fumigated but I still require the cooperation of everybody to prevent a re – infestation.

I notice some of you are not cleaning their mess after using the lunchroom. I will be forwarding an
individual memo to the employees who has this constant behavior after eating in the lunchroom for necessary
disciplinary action.

I hope for your utmost cooperation on this matter especially we are at the middle of the health crisis. Let
us start with ourselves the cleanliness we promote and make our office a safe haven for working both physically
and emotionally.
