Business Permits and Licensing Office

Dear Sir/ Maam,

As you may know, the circumstances of the global pandemic has heavily impacted
everyone and created a financial crisis for many. The Philippine government has issued an order
of enhanced community quarantine to contain the spread of Covid-19 that started midway of
March 2020 and lasted on May 15, 2020. All though the quarantine was later on shited to a lesser
restriction or modified enhanced quarantine, the effect of the closure to our business continued
because our employees were unable to report to work due to fear of being infected by the virus.
We also aware of decrease in number of customer in the area because only selected businesses
were allowed to operate at skeleton workforce, we expected that along with the decrease in
customer number there will be a significant decline in sales, therefore, we decided to
permanently ceased our operation for now as the situation of the nation’s economy still uncertain
against the Covid-19 and we allocated our remaining fund for our employees and
suppliers/creditors.

As we continue to rise from the current situation, we are requesting from your good
office if you could extend our payment deadline to have a considerable time to figure out our
cashflow. And if possible that we could have a discount from our 2019 business tax that we
could use to help us abate the loss that we incurred during the period of non-operation.

We will appreciate your understanding during this difficult situation. Thank you for your
kind consideration.
