The goal of the project is:

- facilitate the social integration of the weaker sections of the population;

- improve the employability of adults;

- raise the level of their skills possessed;

- develop a new entrepreneurial spirit;

- create job opportunities in the Circular Economy sector;

- facilitate economic development in depressed areas of Europe;

The training professionals will be able to evaluate the students, bring their skills to European standards
(EQF level 3 and EntreComp level 4) and, at the same time, proceed with the recognition of ECVET credits.

The aim is to create:

- Employment and social growth by categories of people with training gaps at risk of social exclusion;

- Development for the EU territories with potential, but on which there are problems of Poverty, Social
Exclusion, low Entrepreneurship and Training;

- Triggering virtuous and environmentally friendly business processes.

Groups of 10 (in total 90) adult women and men with training gaps at risk of social exclusion who want to
do business in the sector of environmental protection or business respecting the principles of Circular
Economy.

Each partner will develop a theoretical and practical path, also with mobility, to develop professional skills
of adults (close to the Target) and, at the same time, the quality of the training offer for the creation of new
entrepreneurial initiatives for the environment.

Target Group: Adult women and men, unemployed, disadvantaged people with training gaps. The project
will select a focus group of adults available to do business.

The people belonging to the target group and who want to do business with the tools developed by the
partnership will undertake a path that will improve their formal and informal skills, at level 3 EQF and will
adapt their skills in the field of entrepreneurship to the level 4 EntreComp and the recognition of ECVET
credits.

At this point, they will have a series of tools and information available to carry out the business.
EUROPEAN VALUE

The research will bring out the areas in Europe where there is the greatest imbalance with respect to the
average in terms of unemployment, training gaps, poor entrepreneurship and critical environmental
problems. Mechanisms will be activated through which people belonging to the identified target will be
able to access, in an easy and guided way, the services of the project and create opportunities for
intervention.

The system requires the contribution of a group of people (focus) belonging to the target and appropriately
selected in each country of the partnership. These will benefit from training and information activities and,
at the same time, will simulate a business project. The target group will provide feedback to professionals
who, in turn, will provide their own to experts. The result is a cascade improvement and exchange system
that will lead to the construction of project outputs that can be used by a multitude of adults in Europe
(thousands of people thanks to Dissemination).

Products:

1. Field research to optimize and direct project development activities.

2. Collection and exchange of Good Practices and Experiences

3. Skills report for the company. An online TOOLKIT that will allow you to exactly identify the training GAPs
and establish the actions to be taken to bring the user to level 3 EQF and level 4 EntreComp.

4. EntreComp. Level 3 EQF entrepreneurial training course. Online tutorials will suggest training methods to
be undertaken. For this purpose, the MOOC system will be able to provide valid support.

5. Multimedia material will inform about services, information desks and/or funding opportunities in the
various Partnership countries. Information will also be added to those depressed areas of Europe identified
by the Research even if they are far from the places of the Partnership.

6. Video tutorials aimed at teaching how to develop your business idea for the environment (Circular
Economy).

7. Project website containing all the material and references of the project

(the website will also contain guided tours to able the students to test their business idea).

The result will be to create greater entrepreneurial development in disadvantaged local contexts with
critical environmental problems, to adapt training standards to the European levels of the parties involved,
to facilitate the inclusion and social cohesion of disadvantaged groups and to combat all forms of
discrimination.

The impact will be measured by the number of people who will respond to the information campaign. The
power of SEO technology, of which each partner will be informed, will allow coverage to millions of
targeted users across Europe. Sustainability will be guaranteed for a few years thanks to the commitment
that the Partners will take.
